Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

When you submit the “Tell us what you need” form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, area in Karachi, the service you're enquiring about, and any optional details you add (property type, average monthly bill, notes). We do not require an account, email address, or payment information to use this form.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about your enquiry, by phone or WhatsApp.
• To prepare a quote or schedule a site visit.
• To keep an internal record of enquiries so we can follow up properly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database used exclusively by AK Power. Access is restricted — the public website can only submit new enquiries, it cannot read back other people's information. If Supabase is not yet connected, the form instead opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message to us and nothing is stored on our servers.

4. WhatsApp

If you contact us via WhatsApp (including the floating button or the fallback described above), that conversation is handled through WhatsApp/Meta's own platform and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy in addition to this one.

5. Cookies & tracking

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes in the future (for example, adding analytics), this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our service records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at info@akpower.pk or 0317 2000140.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our processes change. The “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
